History at Sacred Heart Girls’ College offers a range of exciting learning experiences that are diverse and travel across both continents and time.
From Ancient Greece and China to Civil Rights in the US, revolutions in Russia and France, and the colonisation of India and Australia, students are constantly stimulated and engaged. History is offered from Years 7-12, Further, a range of co-curricular activities, designed to enhance the students learning experience, is offered.

Once signed up, you can search the NG website via the ngm.com Search box. Many, but not all, NGM articles are available online via your FREE account.
To locate articles not available online, search the SHGC Catalogue. The Library has copies of NGM dating from 1982 to the present. Issues from 1997 on are catalogued with relevant subject headings. Search the Library Catalogue (see right) to locate articles of interest.
